Moving, pausing, and coming back to the group.
The day includes exercise, recreation, and computer time. The center of the room stays open for movement. Birthdays are marked on the month, without public lists.
Demo hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. There is no SOAR staff at the door before 7:50.
