How we write
Schedule changes, holidays, activities, birthdays, snacks, attendance, and transport. The same mailbox works if the family needs to tell the program something.
Information for families
Demo mailbox: campus@nocturnecode.es. Notices in Spanish and English. This page is not the district.
Arrival and dismissal
SOAR demo: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. There is no SOAR staff at the door before 7:50. The adult center keeps a different office schedule.
Who picks up
Transport and authorized pickup stay on the private file. They are not published. If the contact phone changes, tell us.
What we ask the family (in private)
Admission only needs a name, a contact, and a phone. The rest is filled in at enrollment, not on the public site:
- A contact person and an updated phone number.
- How the participant arrives and who may pick them up.
- Communication supports or adaptations the program should know, in private.
- Allergies or medication: staff only, never on a public list.
Special Transportation (STS)
Miami-Dade runs Special Transportation Service: door-to-door rides for people who meet ADA rules. It runs around the clock. A trip is $3.50. The County runs it, not this campus. We only explain it here; apply or read the rules on their site.
